■ Pokhara FM reserves the
right to change the spots through the relevant time period for which the charge
is made unless they are fixed spots.
■ Advertisements tending to
have and adverse impact on society, or contain obscene words of those tending t
perpetuate superstitions will not be broadcast.
■ Pokhara FM reserves the
right to refuse to transmit any advertisement material without assigning any
reason.
■ Advertisement of Medicines
which claim to cure certain diseases will not be accepted.
■ Pokhara FM reserves the
right to change the rates and conditions without any prior notice.
■ Commercials tending to
praise one's own product while running down the products of competitions of
commercials with such and intention will not be accepted for broadcast.
■ Pokhara FM reserves the
right to discontinue, postpone or cancel any program without any prior notice to
agency/advertiser. In Such cases, Pokhara FM will allow agency/advertiser to
either cancel the contract or accept other alternatives.
■ Advertisement tending to
have and adverse impact on society, or contain obscene words or those tending to
perpetuate superstitions will not be broadcast.
■ All materials and scripts
for commercial must conform to the requirements of the censor. The decision of
Pokhara FM will be final and will not be contested by the agency/advertiser.
The agency and the advertiser will be responsible for all material transmitted
under the contract and agree to indemnify Pokhara FM against all action, claims
and demands brought or made against Pokhara FM by reason of the said
transmission including but not obstructing the generality of the foregoing, all
libel or slander, action or claims brought or made against Pokhara FM by reason
of the said transmission.
■ Commercials not recorded by
Pokhara FM will be subject to quality test.
Cancellation period
All time is cancelable by either party provided that notice is received 7 days
prior to the scheduled broadcast date. In the event of cancellation the
advertiser will to the scheduled broadcast within that period.
Accounts
Accounts shall be paid before schedule broadcast date unless by prior agreement.
When an agreement has been reached, accounts must be paid within 28 days of the
date of invoice. Payment to be made in favor of Pokhara FM Pvt. Ltd. |
